Like rice is the star of sushi. The real star of ramen is wheat. Our Ramen Noodle is 100% home made. We brought a noodle machine from Japan to make the best noodle. In order to make the best noodle, everything is involved such as the temperature, the weather, and the water. It is like a baking Baguette in France. We had installed a filter machine for water to change into soft water, this changes taste of noodles. To us, cooking a bowl of Ramen is a piece of Art!
We select and stock 50 brands of sake carefully selected from all over Japan. Sake has the same individuality as wine, and the place of production gives it a unique taste. Our servers are familiar with the detailed knowledge of sake and will choose the best one that suits the mood of the day!
